REFUND POLICY

In-Stock Items:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order purchases are final sale due to the custom nature of production. Refunds for pre-order items will not be accepted after purchase, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

Email our support team at support@agapeapparellc.us with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturer defect.

Chargeback Policy

We strive to provide excellent service and clear communication. Please review our chargeback policy before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

Unauthorized Chargebacks:

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us and resolving the issue, your order may be considered abandoned. In that event, you may still be liable for costs associated with order processing and shipping.

Pre-Order Chargebacks:

Pre-order purchases (from January 24th – February 14th at 8:00 PM EST) are custom production orders. If a customer initiates a chargeback before the end of the pre-order period, we will automatically dispute and overturn the chargeback as the order was valid and authorized.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that you have authorized this purchase and understand the terms of this policy.

Chargebacks After Fulfillment:

If a chargeback is initiated after item shipment or delivery without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may (at our discretion) dispute the chargeback. We will provide evidence of fulfillment, tracking, and communication to the issuing bank.

Communication Encouraged:

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at support@agapeapparellc.us. Most issues (lost packages, incorrect sizes, defects) can be resolved directly and far more quickly than through a bank dispute.
