PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-Order Period: 

Pre-orders for the "PINK OUT" oversized hoodies are available from January 28th through February 14th at 8:00 PM EST. Orders placed during this period reserve your product for manufacturing and fulfillment.

Estimated Manufacturing & Delivery Time:

Pre-order items are manufactured after the pre-order period closes.

• Estimated manufacturing time: 3–4 weeks after February 14th.

• Estimated shipping time: 5–9 business days after manufacturing completion.

• Total estimated time to receive your order: 4–6 weeks from the close of the pre-order period.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping costs will be charged at checkout. If multiple items are ordered and some are in stock while others are pre-order, all items may ship together once the pre-order is ready.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and fulfillment.

Shipping Time:

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 5–9 business days for delivery within the United States.

International shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another with tracking information when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
